The general office and warehouse bursting at the seams again is moved to Kingsview Avenue in Carson, CA with over 100,000 sq. ft. allowing for a State of the Art finishing and upholstery facility under one roof.

Outgrowing the Rodeo Road office and warehouse, the move is made to Ivy Avenue in Los Angeles with 50,000 sq. ft. The addition of a larger upholstery workroom and more textile storage is greatly needed.
The NC showroom in New York is moved to 979 3rd Avenue adding additional sq. ft. and office space.

Inspired during a trip to Venice Nancy fell in love with the beautiful and unusual gilded finishes in a 15th century palazzo. It is decided to perfect Venetian silver and 22K gold in particular and add them to the line. These have become two of the most important finishes in the line to date.
A design milestone. A new modernization of mirrored furniture is added to the line. It has become a signature addition to the NC line and has significant relevance in the art of furniture design.
The company outgrew the Washington Blvd. office and warehouse and moves to Rodeo Road with 30,000 sq. ft. allowing for additional in house upholstery and inventory space.
